Semolina is a type of cereal made of wheat as a result of graded milling. The size of particles is about 0,25-0,75 mm. Semolina can be made of hard wheat, soft wheat and a mix of hard and soft wheat. In the Altai territory semolina is predominantly made of soft wheat.
